Experience a world of pure relaxation at this two level Mazatlán Casita. Your 3-bedroom paradise is found alongside the El Cid Golf course, in the gated community known as El Cid, a refined and sophisticated resort community.

Begin and end each day on one of the two patios, in this lush green environment. You might even spot a pair of Iguanas that frequent the area.

Inside, authentic Mexican touches are everywhere. A large dining cove is perfect for entertaining with everything you would need to serve up for a large dinner party.

Discover the tranquil, uninterrupted rest you crave in any of your Casita's three well-appointed bedrooms. Two King sized beds and two individual beds, each with it's own bathroom give you and your guests plenty of space. When it's time to be together, there are two living areas to choose from. Watch the Smart TV in one, or gather to play the multiple board games available in the other. The large kitchen has everything needed including a microwave, toaster oven, full stove/oven and multiple small appliances.

5 min. walk where you can find shops, restaurants, beach front hotels, and nightlife. Ocean activities are readily available like, swimming, kayaking, biking, horseback riding, surfing, sailing, fishing, beach volleyball, tours and much much more. Easy access to Mazatlán's cabs (Pulmonias) and buses.

General Rental Policies:

RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below.
A complete listing of terms, conditions and policies will be sent to you in the Rental Agreement and Policies document.

All properties are Non-Smoking.
Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in Non Pet-Friendly properties.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.

CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.

We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.

Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within two weeks of cancellation notice and will be in the form of US Check, Canadian Check or refund to credit card account.
The following assessments will apply to cancellations: A fee of 5% will be applied to all canceled reservations to cover any incurred credit card or payment processing fees.

Cancellation prior to 30 days from arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 5% of the total reservation costs.

Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of total rent. If the dates are re-booked, a full refund would be available at that time. When you make your deposit you are agreeing that you accept & agree to these terms.

Cancellation for any holiday reservation (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and Thanksgiving weeks) will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent.

Some property owners will authorize rescheduling or credit towards a future stay. This strictly depends on the individual property owner and cannot be guaranteed without authorization from said owner.

Your reservation will NOT be subject to refund in case of cancellation due to Hurricane, natural disaster, or other "acts of god". We strongly suggest that you purchase hurricane travel insurance prior to paying the final balance of your reservation.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION: We highly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance when traveling internationally.

Mazatlan4Rent portrays the properties as they are to the best of our ability and has no responsibility for the conditions of the rental properties or problems arising therefrom. Mazatlan4Rent cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, theft or misfortune that may befall the client during their stay.

Deposit Policy

Mazatlan4Rent accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. Upon clients instruction to confirm reservation payment must be processed within seven days in order maintain legitimate reservations.

Initial Deposit of 50% is required and must be received in order to confirm a booking. A confirmation notice will be sent upon receiving your deposit along with a rental policy contract. The rental contract must be signed and returned, along with a copy of identification.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
