Modern and Comfortable Get Away
This beautiful luxury Condo features 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, each with Queen beds. For added guests, the sofa pulls out into a bed. The home is surrounded by green areas and has the highest number of amenities in Mazatlán. It is located just 300 meters from the public beach access. This brand new home is close enough to the action, but far enough to be a peaceful getaway. Enjoy splashing around in one of three pools including a Semi-Olympic size for lap swimming, relax in the Jacuzzi, work on your cardio in the fully equipped work out room and if you find yourself having to work, a co-working space with wi-fi is available for you. There is even an indoor kids play area for the little ones!
Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on one of two balconies off of the living space and each bedroom. Be sure to spend time on the rooftop where you will find ample areas to relax and enjoy the mountain, beach and city views. A perfect place for watching the sunset.
There is not a shortage of activities during your stay. With just a 10 min. drive, you will find shops, restaurants, beach front hotels, and nightlife. A preserve park for biking and hiking is close by, Punta Cerritos with restaurants with delicious breakfast offerings and a golf course with English speaking staff is just behind the condo. If shopping is on the agenda, you will find the Galleries Mall close by. Ocean activities are readily available like, swimming, kayaking, biking, horseback riding, surfing, sailing, fishing, beach volleyball, tours and much much more. Easy access to Mazatlán's cabs (pulmonias) and buses.
Marina Cerritos is a gated community with 24/7 in person staff at the entrance. Monitored cameras are located throughout the property. Your pet is welcomed with some restrictions and a deposit. The home has one assigned parking space, an elevator and is accessible for a wheelchair.
General Rental Policies:
RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below.
A complete listing of terms, conditions and policies will be sent to you in the Rental Agreement and Policies document.
All properties are Non-Smoking.
Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.
CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.
We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.
Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.
Please check with Mazatlan4Rent Guest Relations for approval.
NOTE: The complex is growing, there is construction in the back community. Condo itself is fully completed.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within two weeks of cancellation notice and will be in the form of US Check, Canadian Check or refund to credit card account.
The following assessments will apply to cancellations: A fee of 5% will be applied to all canceled reservations to cover any incurred credit card or payment processing fees.
Cancellation prior to 30 days from arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 5% of the total reservation costs.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of total rent. If the dates are re-booked, a full refund would be available at that time. When you make your deposit you are agreeing that you accept & agree to these terms.
Cancellation for any holiday reservation (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and Thanksgiving weeks) will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent.
Some property owners will authorize rescheduling or credit towards a future stay. This strictly depends on the individual property owner and cannot be guaranteed without authorization from said owner.
Your reservation will NOT be subject to refund in case of cancellation due to Hurricane, natural disaster, or other "acts of god". We strongly suggest that you purchase hurricane travel insurance prior to paying the final balance of your reservation.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION: We highly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance when traveling internationally.

Mazatlan4Rent portrays the properties as they are to the best of our ability and has no responsibility for the conditions of the rental properties or problems arising therefrom. Deposit Policy
Mazatlan4Rent accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. Upon clients instruction to confirm reservation payment must be processed within seven days in order maintain legitimate reservations.
Initial Deposit of 50% is required and must be received in order to confirm a booking. A confirmation notice will be sent upon receiving your deposit along with a rental policy contract. The rental contract must be signed and returned, along with a copy of identification.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
