Perched on the hillside of Ice Box Hill ,comfortable 2 bedroom home has This area is well-known for its adventure tourism, sandy beaches, and vibrant city nightlife, making it ideal for an exciting family getaway.
Indoor and outdoor space is a key element of Villa Perla del Pacifico's serene environment. Fresh ocean breeze and natural sunlight flows easily throughout the interior spaces. The interior decor is bright and cheerful, with plenty of natural wood and colorful local art. The fully equipped kitchen features plenty of functional workspace on its authentic talavera countertops.
Spend your afternoon relaxing in the balmy tropical weather from many of the homes terraces or the relaxing sanctuary of the center courtyard with lush tropical plants.
A few minutes away, walking, you’ll find Mazatlán's most vibrant beach. A popular spot among tourists and locals, this sandy stretch is known for its crystal clear waters and vibrant atmosphere. A little further inland and you’ll be in downtown Centro Historico, where you’ll find a range of dining, shopping and nightlife options.
General Rental Policies:
RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below.

All properties are Non-Smoking.
Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in Non Pet-Friendly properties.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.
CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.
We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.
Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within two weeks of cancellation notice and will be in the form of US Check, Canadian Check or refund to credit card account.
The following assessments will apply to cancellations: A fee of 5% will be applied to all canceled reservations to cover any incurred credit card or payment processing fees.
Cancellation prior to 30 days from arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 5% of the total reservation costs.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of total rent. If the dates are re-booked, a full refund would be available at that time. When you make your deposit you are agreeing that you accept & agree to these terms.
Cancellation for any holiday reservation (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and Thanksgiving weeks) will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent.
Some property owners will authorize rescheduling or credit towards a future stay. This strictly depends on the individual property owner and cannot be guaranteed without authorization from said owner.
Your reservation will NOT be subject to refund in case of cancellation due to Hurricane, natural disaster, or other "acts of god". We strongly suggest that you purchase hurricane travel insurance prior to paying the final balance of your reservation.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION: We highly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance when traveling internationally.

Deposit Policy
Mazatlan4Rent accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. Upon clients instruction to confirm reservation payment must be processed within seven days in order maintain legitimate reservations.
Initial Deposit of 50% is required and must be received in order to confirm a booking. A confirmation notice will be sent upon receiving your deposit along with a rental policy contract. The rental contract must be signed and returned, along with a copy of identification.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Cute, comfortable accommodation in a prime location. 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants on the main strip, 10 minute walk to the cafes, boutiques and nightlife of Plaza Machado. The house had everything we needed for our stay, but do bring ear plugs as the nearby streets and bars are very noisy late into the night. This was a good size for 3-4 people with plenty of room to spread out. I’d recommend for couples or a family with older children who can handle the hill up to the house and a few stairs.

My family and I have stayed at this home/Appartment in the past and our experience has always been great. This time around we were disappointed. The house was very dusty, as if no one had been there for the past year. We also had issue with one of the toilets and a Plummer had to come and fix it. He didn’t bring the parts he needed and wanted us to stay home in order for him to go buy the stuff he needed come back and install it. Now my complaint there is, this is not our “home” we are not going to waste out vacation time waiting on a Plummer, he was luck enough to have found us there in the first place. The girl that handing us the keys ( I forgot her name) was upset that we told the Plummer to come back in the morning the next day. We were on our way out and didn’t want to wait any more time. In my opinion she should have come down to the house and waited for the Plummer to finish the job. Then the wifi went out… we were with out television or internet for 3 to 4 days. We had our kids with us and with out service it was crazy trying to calm them down with out TV or have them work on their school work. We did plan on having internet services especially for their school work. The other thing was no shower curtain in the main bathroom. We all had to use the same bathroom to shower because there was no shower curtain and it would make a big wet mess if we used it. I would think the girl would have checked all of that, but she didn’t. Last but no least the second bedroom had no AC…or even a fan!! It was super hot in there and we had to move the mattress out into the leaving room so my son can sleep comfortably with AC. I really expected the rooms to have AC since we are in a place that has extreme heat and humidity. Other then those things…the reason we loved this location is the view and the access to Olas Altas. Our past experience were way better then this time around.
