That said, this space is easily transformed into an air-conditioned oasis, depending on your mood. Bright space and breezy décor set a contempory tone throughout. If you head North, you’ll find yourself in Mazatlán's Golden Zone More known for its eclectic tourism and beachfront activities.

RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below.
A complete listing of terms, conditions and policies will be sent to you in the Rental Agreement and Policies document.
All properties are Non-Smoking.
Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in Non Pet-Friendly properties.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.
CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.
We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.
Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within two weeks of cancellation notice and will be in the form of US Check, Canadian Check or refund to credit card account.
The following assessments will apply to cancellations: A fee of 5% will be applied to all canceled reservations to cover any incurred credit card or payment processing fees.
Cancellation prior to 30 days from arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 5% of the total reservation costs.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of total rent. If the dates are re-booked, a full refund would be available at that time. When you make your deposit you are agreeing that you accept & agree to these terms.
Cancellation for any holiday reservation (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and Thanksgiving weeks) will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent.
Some property owners will authorize rescheduling or credit towards a future stay. This strictly depends on the individual property owner and cannot be guaranteed without authorization from said owner.
Your reservation will NOT be subject to refund in case of cancellation due to Hurricane, natural disaster, or other "acts of god". We strongly suggest that you purchase hurricane travel insurance prior to paying the final balance of your reservation.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION: We highly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance when traveling internationally.

Mazatlan4Rent portrays the properties as they are to the best of our ability and has no responsibility for the conditions of the rental properties or problems arising therefrom. Mazatlan4Rent cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, theft or misfortune that may befall the client during their stay.
Deposit Policy
Mazatlan4Rent accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. Upon clients instruction to confirm reservation payment must be processed within seven days in order maintain legitimate reservations.
Initial Deposit of 50% is required and must be received in order to confirm a booking. A confirmation notice will be sent upon receiving your deposit along with a rental policy contract. The rental contract must be signed and returned, along with a copy of identification.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

This place is amazing. I would say to no fault of the stay. Noise can be an issue when sleeping. So, if your a light sleeper, Bring ear plugs. But the views and feeling of floating in space is fantastic. We never ate in the place but the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need.

The apartment is beautiful just as described and shown in the pictures. it's close to everything and the views are breathtaking as soon as you step inside the unit. Pros: The condo was in a pretty good location-right in the middle of the aquarium and the beaches (los pinos was the one we visited that most people chose to go to).
The actual space was nice; the ac kept us feeling like it wasn’t humid. The bed was nice and big. We didn’t really cook but the kitchen was stocked up with basic cooking essentials like pans and cups/bowls/etc. the condo was really clean. There was a washer and dryer so that is also a plus.
The view was great.
We were able to have a late check out ($60 but I think they made a mistake as it’s usually $80?)
Cons: check in process was not very convenient. There is only a small window (3pm-6pm) in which you can check in, if you need later there is an extra fee (after 6pm $500 pesos, NO CHECK IN AFTER 7pm).
In the welcome basket, there was no toothbrush (like picture had) so we went to the store and bought some (it did include the toothpaste and cleaning wipes as well as body wash)
You are only allowed to use 100 watts a day (we had the ac on at night for our sleep and we did not have an issue but we were also nervous to pay an extra fee).
Overall I would stay here again. It felt very nice and safe which is important. Needed a key code to in to the building and there was a doorman for the elevator

I really wish I can give them more than just a 5 star review ! Not only is the place amazing the host are beyond accommodating. Best location you literally just have to walk downstairs and have everything just walking distance. Now the view is just breathtaking both day and at night sunsets are amazing definitely will be booking again .

My favorite place to stay of three units in the same building! Truly amazing, unbelievable experience. I appreciated the meticulous care and attention to the details of the unit. This was an amazing place- secure- safe, host communicated frequently, security gaurds were very nice and its next to everything.
Only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 was it was a working vacation for me and the Wifi was down the entire time. Luckily downstairs there is a starbucks so I would go down and work from starbucks.
That being said I would go again in a heartbeat and stay there - without my laptop this time around.
