Lisa and Bernardo have been part of Mazatlan4Rent’s story for decades. Lisa's focus on business development, operations, and incredible hospitality began alongside Lionne and Kristen Decker when Mazatlan4Rent was first established. Bernardo's driven leadership and hands-on attention to each property we manage has been a critical thread in the fabric of our business for more than a decade.

Nohemi Raygoza
Born and raised in Mazatlán, Nohemí, has been a member of the Mazatlan4Rent team for over a decade. She brings a dynamic, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented approach to every guest's visit. Nohemí holds a degree in Business Administration - her expertise in operations and customer service is incredible! From rentals to sales, guests to property owners, she is an expert in all areas of the business.
Maria Elena Vazquez
Maria Elena was born and raised in Mazatlan! She studied Tourism Enterprise Management and earned a Cambridge IELTS Academic English certification. She began her hospitality career as Chief Concierge and Event Planner at The Inn at Mazatlan Hotel and joined Mazatlan4Rent in 2021. Her local knowledge, strong client service skills, and wide network of contacts make her a valuable team member and a great resource for owners and guests alike.
Skye Henry Decker
Skye Henry Decker grew up in Tacoma, WA and he has been a full-time resident of Mazatlan since 2010. Fluent in Spanish and English, Skye sets the standard for excellence in customer service, accounting, and business operations! His problem-solving skills are a perfect match for owners, guests, and our team!
Selva Nava
Selva was born in California but grew up in Sinaloa, Mexico. With dual national citizenship, she graduated with a degree in Business Administration. Guests love her ability to easily communicate with everyone, and her knowledge of Mazatlán's many attractions comes with valuable local tips. As a long-term member of the Mazatlan4Rent team, Selva's cheerful and always-helpful approach creates memorable reservation experiences for every guest.
Ivana Hernandez
Ivana brings a genuine passion for helping others, attention to detail, and a warm, personalized approach to our Reservations & Customer Service Department. Originally from Mazatlán, Sinaloa, her experience in the Hospitality field dates back to her teenage years at The Inn at Mazatlán! Ivana holds a degree in Psychology and is now pursuing her Master's. She makes every guest feel welcomed, supported, and at home during their stay!

Meet our Property Services team! Always happy to help guests enjoy a "home away from home" experience, this team works hard on each of our properties. If you see one of these cheerful faces, don't hesitate to greet them with "Hola, buenas!" Tip: This greeting works morning, noon, and night - anywhere you go! From shops and restaurants to pulmonia drivers, this form of greeting is more common than the surprisingly formal use of "Hola!"
