3 Bedroom / 2.5 Bathroom Home located in the private community of Mazatlán's Almarena on the North End of Town with just a 10-minute walk to the famous, Cerritos Beach.
Almarena is a gated community with 24/7 in-person staff at the entrance. Wide streets and walking paths take you through the first-class amenities of the community. Work out, swim, and barbecue in one of the many community areas throughout and directly next to this modern home. Parking for 2 cars right at the front door makes for easy loading and unloading. Public transportation is just an 8-minute walk and just an 15-minute walk to the public beach access to one of Mazatlán's most beautiful stretch of beach. Ocean activities are readily available like swimming and kayaking as well as horseback riding, surfing, sailing, fishing, beach volleyball, tours, biking, and much much more. The entrance of the property sits across the street from a water park.
The rental is only 10-minutes on foot to the Cerritos bike path from the property
If shopping is on the agenda, you will find the Galleries Mall with easy access to Mazatlán's cabs (pulmonias) and buses.
This property is equipped with mosquito screens to prevent mosquitoes from entering the house and to help you avoid any discomfort.
You will find a full kitchen with all you need to prepare meals and an Electric barbecue. Full linens and beach towels are available.
General Rental Policies:
RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below.

All properties are Non-Smoking.
Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.
CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00 pm, and Check-out time is no later than 10:00 am.
We must strictly follow designated check-out times to prepare the property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.
Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or a Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.

NOTE: The complex is growing, there is construction in the back community. The condo itself is fully completed.
