Restrictions:
All properties are non-smoking.
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced; please do not exceed the maximum allowed number of guests.
Bachelor parties are not permitted.
Pets are prohibited in non-pet-friendly properties.
Renters must be 25 years of age or older; non-family groups must have all occupants over 25.
Check-In/Out:
Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: No later than 10:00 AM
We must adhere to designated check-out times to prepare the property for the next guests; overstaying check-out time will incur a minimum charge of $50. Guests may request early check-in or late check-out up to 24 hours in advance, subject to approval from Mazatlan4Rent Guest Relations.
