Torre eMe Penthouse Oceanview Condo #1507 with Pool

FIrst off I would like to say the condo was amazing. The best views of Mazatlan in a very clean modern condo. The location of the tower is perfect. My only caution to anyone considering renting this unit, is to make sure there is nothing missing, broken, or left dirty. Take note and pictures as the condo manager is very picky. When we left the condo we made sure everything was clean and in order. But it turns out the condo manager was telling me there were two missing hair dryers when in fact there was one in the whole unit. I have no need to keep hair dryers. I travel to Mazatlan every year and I hope Mazatlan4rent keeps that in mind if I decide to rent from them again. It would be a shame to loose a client over a couple of cheap hair dryers especially after spending $3600 for the week.

Dealing with Mazatlan4Rent was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described—no hidden fees, no surprises, and the property matched the listing perfectly. We had a wonderful stay. It’s the perfect location. Near several food stands and restaurants. Steps away from beach and Malecón. This is our second time staying at the Torre M and plan to come back.

La Torre eme was an incredible place to stay ! Especially if traveling with 4+ people there was enough room for everyone multiple rooms and bathrooms. Host was super responsive very quick Maria Elena was great upon arrival and at the time of check out. Restaurants were very close by with walking distance if not taxis were right in front which was very convenient! Would definitely stay here again.

The location and view is everything . I really liked how Nohemí welcomed us in with a walk through of the place. I really liked how private the penthouse is, you do not feel like you’re staying in a busy apartment/ hotel you feel secured .

Best place ever this is my 5th time back and will continue to keep on coming back they are supper friendly and I will never get tired of the view highly recommend it

Very beautiful place to stay but keep in mind if you stay here you need to dispose your own trash in the trash bins that’s located in the parking area , also wash your dishes before check-out . The pool hours are 8am-8pm . Very convenient because of the Oxxo that’s next to the building.

Staying here for us was perfect since we attended a wedding. It worked out for the location, space, and view. Host was quick responsive on anything asked. Will definitely recommend staying there.

La vista es preciosa, los muebles y todo están muy bien cuidados, disfrutamos mucho la estancia. Solo en cuanto a amenidades la alberca es muy pequeña, los elevadores lentos para tantos departamentos y solo tienes un lugar para estacionar; es algo a considerar pero en cuanto atención son muy buenos, la señorita estuvo siempre al pendiente.

This place was great, hard to leave sine the view was so great. Condo was extremely comfortable. I would stay here again. The only thing was we arrived a little early and there is no place to just hang out while you wait and we had to wait even after our check in since they where still not ready for us. But minor things.

Probably the most amazing and beautiful airbnb we've ever stayed. Nothing compares to the breath taking penthouse view. Almost 360 degree view of the ocean and surrounding countryside. Incredible! The host was very responsive (we needed a hair dryer and had one delivered next day). Location was perfect as was on the busy boardwalk and only minutes away from the historic old town and from the golden zone. I would definitely stay here again!

The place had stunning views and 3 couples stayed in the space very comfortably. The three king beds and bathrooms had showers in each bedroom which was perfect. The stock in the kitchen was lacking but when we asked for a casserole dish, a baking pan and measuring cups so that we could cook in the space, they responded very quickly with those items. If you want toast for breakfast, you have to use the oven because there is no toaster provided.
The pool area is less than desirable, in November it only gets sun for a couple of hours in the morning otherwise it’s in the shade. The pool deck is also very slippery. My friend was walking to grab a chair, slipped hit his head, and required five stitches at the Sharp hospital. The cost was very reasonable. Everyone was very kind and checked in on him to make sure that he was OK.
Don’t let this deter you from renting the unit however. The location is great and the space is unbelievable so book it and go to the beach to enjoy the sun!

Best view in all of Mazatlan! the penthouse was absolutely spectacular. The staff of Mazatlan4rent were very accommodating to all our needs. Great service!!! We would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay for a family trip. Very safe and comfortable ambient. María Elena was very accessible when coming across any concerns and or question. Highly recommend it.

Both Property Management staff as well as bluilding staff was amazing. Amazing locating within walking disctance of popular restaurants, convenient store as well as coffee shop and across the street from the malecon (boardwalk). Definately looking forward to returning.

This place is everything and more. It’s a penthouse right across from the beach. The place was spotless and it has everything you might need. What was the best thing for my family and I was the hostess. We were flying in from TJ and our flight got canceled till later that day. Which caused for us to miss our original check- in date. The hostess offered to move our dates (in/out) without any extra charge and without me asking. Maria Elena was so nice and polite. Definitely going back and recommend this place 100%

We stayed her for a girls trip. The condo is in an amazing location and very secure. We had 8 girls and it was plenty of space. Don’t hesitate to book this condo you wont regret it. Also there is a strarbucks on the ground floor.
